Guests have praised the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, making interactions pleasant and reassuring. As noted by Amosu Oluwafemi, the welcoming reception from both security and front desk personnel exemplifies the friendly atmosphere that defines this establishment.
However, it’s important to address some feedback from visitors. Ayo Apampa raised concerns about the management's need to monitor the property more closely to enhance guest comfort, particularly regarding unwanted visitors. Likewise, reviewers like Sim Bogzay recommended creating dedicated spaces for smokers and non-smokers, ensuring a more enjoyable experience for all guests.
The accommodations are inviting, with the one-bedroom chalets well-structured, although some furnishings require better maintenance, as mentioned by Nkem Nnake. The impeccable electricity supply throughout their stay was a notable highlight, setting a positive tone for their experience. That said, meal presentation and variety during breakfast could benefit from some refinement to better match the overall quality of service.
For those looking to explore, Mitros Residences is conveniently located near tourist attractions such as the stunning Olumo Rock Tourist Centre and the OOPL Wildlife Park, providing guests with ample opportunities for sightseeing and recreation. The peaceful environment, coupled with the hotel’s amenities, makes it an ideal getaway for families, friends, business associates, and couples alike.

A stay at this residence promises relaxation and rejuvenation, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers in the region.
“ It's like a resort. I love the environment and the neatness of the place. The reception of the security and the receptionist were professional. ”
“ Great environment and good service, the staff were cautious. But two things need to change 1. The management needed to flush out all the unwanted visitors that roam the compound aimlessly, I met a few of them sleeping on the sofas in the bar on top of the restaurant at about 12noon on a Wednesday, and I was not comfortable staying around there with my visitors for drinks. You can identify these group of young men because the staff are identifiable with their smart uniform, so we all know they're not your staff members. 2. The rooms are well built but they need some renovations before it all falls apart. ”
“ We went to Mitros Residences for an event in the hall, but we walked around the property. It looked nice and peaceful. We also went to the outdoor bar for drinks and a meal. I'd advise that there should be a distinct and separate area for smokers and non-smokers. The hall was a moderate size. The ACs cooled well. The female toilets were clean, but the cubicles were quite narrow. On the whole, it was a nice experience. ”
“ The resort has a lovely layout. The one bed chalet is also well structured. The furnishing needs to be better maintained though. Electricity was 100%. Didn't flicker all through my stay. The breakfast was too heavy. Rice, spaghetti and yam options mainly. Meal presentation didn't look so good but the staff are very courteous and professional. What I like most is the quiet and serenity. A good place to get rest from the hustle and bustle of town. ”
“ If you are in Abeokuta, I would definitely recommend this place. The suite i was in (Sunflower) had 1.5 baths!, a mini kitchenette with dining space, ample parking, friendly staff, and dining facilities. I definitely enjoyed my stay here. ”
